Areas of Law We Don’t Cover

Unfortunately, at the present time we are unable to advise on the following areas of law:

• professional negligence claims;
• criminal cases;
• litigation in which a court action has already been started;
• cases where a solicitor/barrister has been instructed;
• public family law (i.e. care proceedings); and
• disputes against any Higher Education institution, including Lancaster University and its partners.
